APC220_how to avoid to Run as Administrator every time

Since Silicon lib developed this little functional software long long ago, it runs in Window XP that time, and seems no longer updated. So how to run it which can avoid to Run as Admin.

It's very simple and could be applied to other similar softwares_Use Windows's Troubleshooting Compatibility
