Introduction

Beetle BLE (formerly known as Bluno Beetle) is a miniature development board based on the Arduino Uno prototype. Equipped with Bluetooth 4.0 (BLE), it boasts a compact design and can be programmed and code uploaded through micro USB using the Arduino IDE. Additionally, it supports Bluetooth remote programming updates, eliminating the need for complex development environments and driver installations, simplifying the development process. It is fully compatible with Bluno's commands and procedures. The board also supports Bluetooth HID and iBeacon modes. For more detailed information, you can refer to the selection guide.

Beetle BLE, as an ultra-compact development board compatible with Arduino Uno, is particularly well-suited for makers, students, and other enthusiasts. It is ideal for DIY projects, creative development in gift projects, and other designs. Due to its tiny size and sewable features, along with V-shaped gold-plated I/O interfaces for easy screw-type wire connections, it is suitable for creating wearable devices such as smart bracelets and smart clothing. Additionally, it can be utilized through Bluetooth 4.0, paired with the Play Bluno application on iOS or Android, enabling remote control of devices and Arduino program updates.

Just like a native Arduino board, but with Bluetooth 4.0. An APP called Play Bluno is available on IOS and Android which gives quick access to this little tiny board.

It not only supports USB programming but also wireless uploading method. With the V-shaped gilded I/O interface, it is convenient to screw conductor wire on it, which could be a good choice in the wearable market.

Beetle BLE can be optionally paired with the Beetle BLE Expansion Board, providing users with convenient access to Beetle BLE port resources. This allows for the direct connection of DFRobot 3-pin sensors and other expansion devices. By combining the expansion board with sensors and following the basic Arduino usage tutorials for the respective sensors, users can easily fulfill various requirements and achieve a wide range of applications.
