1. How can I check all my coupons during the event?

After logging in, go to "My Coupons" to see all your available coupons. Please use them during the event period, as they will expire after July 10, 2024.

2. Can Flash Sales be used with coupons?

Flash Sales cannot be combined with anniversary discount coupons. If your cart contains both flash sale items and items eligible for coupons, the discounts will be applied separately but simultaneously.

For example: If you add the Lark Weather Station (Flash Sales, discounted to $126 during the event) and a Gravity: KnowFlow Basic Kit - A DIY Water Monitoring Basic Kit (price: $220.00, with a 10% off coupon available) to your cart and place an order, the total product cost will be:

$126 + $220 * 0.9 = $324

If you are a VIP customer, you can also use a shipping coupon to enjoy even more savings.
