.NET Gadgeteer board controlling servos & motors

Hello
I am a very inexperienced device developer. I plan on using the .NET Gadgeteer system.
I am looking to create a simple project. A .NET Gadgeteer board controlling some servos and/or motors.
Assuming I have a board with some simple modules connected (button, joystick, etc.) and open sockets available. What combination of Gadgeteer compatible Modules and Servos/Motors/Other Hardware would be required in order to achieve this?
Assume all the technical requirements like wiring up power & programming the board can be overcome.
Simply, what particular hardware would be required to achieve this?
Thank You in advance.
Sincerely
Dan

It can't say the best one. It should be the proper one.
Since you haven't some particular project. You can use some basic and cheap module.
After you have been familiar with these things and you have some projects, you could try to do something by yourself.
(You said you have a joystick and you want to get some servos and motors. It is a good idea to build a remote control car. or something like that. What do you think? ;))

2013-12-07 17:35:32 Hello. Thanks for the reply.
I already have a .NET Gadgeteer board and power supply. What I am unsure about is which module is needed to connect the servos to. And what servos work ‘best’ with mico boards.
I don’t really have any particular project in mind. The applications of this combination of software/hardware intrigues me.
Thanks
Dan

2013-12-04 23:04:24 Hello Dan.
I think you need a power supply, like USB Client DP power module first.
And an .NEt Gadgeteer board. Such like FEZ Hvdra, FEZ Spider or FEZ Cerberus.
After the basic hardware has been prepared, you can begin with it.
Like motors and servos, You can control them with the gamepad, buttons and oystick
With the simple code, you can do it.
what is your idea?
