Bluno Beetle : Access RSSI and convert to distance

1. can anyone access RSSI then convert it to distance and access it automatically? I have checked in several forums but no one has managed to access it continuously. maybe now there is someone here who has made it.
2. How is the correct formula for conversion from RSSI to Distance?
3. After I tested Bluno Beetle as Beacons using Beacon Locate Android application, why I can't get the correct distance? I have calibrated it according to the guidance but it didn't work.
Please guide me.
