Hi guys,

This is my first weekend playing with arduino and sensors. Have made good progress I feel, but am having trouble with infrared digital switch.

I get only digital low back from it no matter what. Placing hand at sweeping distances gets no response.

I used the code available in the wiki for that sensor and monitor over serial but its like its not working at all.

What could I be doing wrong?

Please help.

:o Please take a picture for your hardware connection. It's helpful to figure out the reason even if the hardware is broken.

But actually, commonly this sensor is really easy to use. So it should be a big problem. ;)

Try to adjust the screw on the bottom of the sensor. It's used to adjust the sensor measuring range. ;D
