SIM7000E Arduino board doesn't turn ON...

I have received a SIM7000E Arduino NB-IoT/LTE/GPRS/GPS Expansion Shield and Arduino UNO R3 board.
and download source code which is introduced below linked wiki page and just followed they told...
But my serial console only showed "Turn on SIM7000.........." and there are no more printing, working.
I already set switch D7, D8 for using SW serial and connected V12 DC adapt to Arduino, also there was no touch to source code.
Is there anyone who can give me a advice?
