sim7000e want run past starting sim 7000

I have spent 1 week trying to get the sim7000e shield working without any luck.
I have an M2M Telstra sim which operates the 4gx band and Telstra have certified the product to work in Australia
However all I can get mine to do is display sim7000 connecting...... and nothing else.
I have tried using both Arduino Uno as well as arduino mega and still the same error
Can someone PLEASE assist so I can get this working.
Once solved I will be submitting a detailed post to identify the issues so that others to not have to suffer the siginificant time waste I have on this task.
I am contactable via 61414228948 if anyone wishes to discuss / sms the above in addition to submitting replies on here
I need this to be solved ASAP
Regards Claude

2018-11-20 21:15:07 Hi Raiola, did you have any success?
I too have purchased this Modem, I get a CSQ of 23,99 but I cannot get an IP Address, AT+CIFSR returns an error. I purchased this modem from an Australian Supplier, they have advised me to seek support from the Manufacture, hence the reason I'm here.
