Connecting Multiple Devices to Central Bluno Beetle

I would like to connect several PERIPHERAL Beetles to a single CENTRAL Beetle.
I have seen posts claiming this is possible, but the FAQ says its not.
Can this be done? Can this be done without restarting and repairing for each device?
Please respond ONLY with a DETAILED ANSWER. Simply replying "Yes is can happen" etc is not useful in any way.
Thanks.
