Unable To Flash Bluno v2.0 Over USB

I ordered a Bluno a couple of days ago. Yesterday it began having the classic "unable to sync" problem, but the reset trick fixed it. Starting today, however, I can't flash over USB at all. I can still flash via ICSP however resetting the bootloader via ICSP did absolutely nothing to help the USB situation. Plugging it into the USB after giving it a program via ICSP also seems to reset it, the board powers on, blinks a couple of times, then the pin 13 LED stays solid on forever; I still have access to AT commands via the serial port, though. Is the procedure for resetting the bootloader different from a normal Uno?

2018-10-20 16:34:49 same here, I tried to reburn the bootloader with a usbtiny, no bueno. tried updating the ble firmware, no bueno. Just get a signature error in the arduino ide when trying to reburn the loader. What do you mean when you say the reset trick? pepsiaddict
