Bluno Nano auto pairing to dongle

We have multiple Bluno Nano boards used for different applications.
The problem is that the Bluno Nano connects automatically to any TEL0087 that is available. I am currently working on a Android application that connects to the Bluno. However if there are any dongles (TEL0087) in the vicinity, the bluno connects to that.
What I've tried is to change the BLE chip's setting using AT commands.
I used AT+BIND=<Phone's BT MAC ID> ..(default is 0x00..) but that doesn't help.
Along with that I also tried using AT+CMODE=UNiQUE in addition to the BIND command but that just makes the Bluno Nano not discoverable (i.e it wont show up on when scanning).
Is there any way to stop this behavior?
