Add GPIO to CP210x UART-to-TTL interface board

The current CP2102 board does not have a GPIO line, but the CP2102 also has a RTS line which isn't connected and could be connected to pin 7.

Also, newer versions of the CP210x (CP2103/4/5) do support GPIO and could be wired to the unconnected pins (pin6 and pin7).

The reason I would like this is to be able to toggle the SET pin on the APC220 through the CP210x board. That way I can set the parameters completely though my own software (using the USBXPress API)without having to use RF-Magic. Also, I will then be able to send and receive without even having to use the Virtual COM port drivers.
