Also I asked other factory here about their production. They can't do this also..... Lauren

1. The substrate height is depending to the thickness of your PCB order. For example if the thickness of the board you ordered is 1.6mm, the substrate height will be 1.2mm. And the 0.6mm thickness boards will stacked by using 0.4mm substrate.
2. The trace thickness of the 4 layer board on the top and bottom layer is available from 1/2 to 2oz. And the trace thickness on the 2 layer inside the board should be 1/2 oz
