What is "PCB Copy" on the PCB service?

On this page:
http://www.dfrobot.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=135_134&product_id=718#.UTUAie4o7uo
There's a drop-down for "PCB Copy". How exactly does that work?
Does that let me have two 10cm x ~5cm copies of the same design count as one board?
If I have a10cm x 4cm PCB and select 10 for quantity and "2 copies in 1 PCB" will I get 20?
Do I have to separate them myself, or do you separate them? If the former, does that work with boards with rounded corners? Do I need to put them both into the gerber myself, or do you do that during your panelizing? If I do it myself, what separation do I need between them?
Here's is an image of the board I'm thinking of, in case it helps visualize.
Thanks.
Pete
PS: the three step verification for posting is a bit crazy. I already had to do that for creating an account.

Thanks, you got mail.

You're right. The multiple copies should be the same design. However in this case, it's not only 10 or 30 sample boards. So maybe it's better for you to send me the email to the [email protected] including your requirement for the pcb boards and the gerber files of your design.
We'll supply a invoice for your order. Then deal with your order directly. ~.
Hope it's helpful.

do these multiple copies have to be the same design?
In my case I have a board, 56x86mm, and a second small one with 56x9mm, and as they both just hit don't fit on the 50x50/50x100 boards, I wanted to use the 100x100 board together with the multiple copies option.
Or can you offer any other good option for production, as I need 100 boards of each design.
Thanks

Lauren wrote:Yes, this option is actually used for saving the cost in these kinds of case. We'd like to improve the service according to your requirement also. Do you think the 50mm x 150mm will be a commonly used size?
Forgot to answer this. Will 50x150 be a commonly used size? Probably not. It is for a couple modules I have just because of the nature of this project. For example, here's a module with a bunch of cherry MX switches (I don't have all the components on it yet). This is the 150mm one I mentioned earlier.

Awesome, thanks. That's what I was hoping for. It makes a big difference in the larger rectangular sizes. I have another design I'm working on and it ends up being 38mm by 148mm. This is perfect for that kind of board.

I use DipTrace. So by original PCB design, do you want the gerbers and drill files as specified on the page, or the .dip file it uses?
Umm.... The gerber files will be good. =. = Haha. We'll handle this when panelizing. And the board is available with round corners.
This module is a Netduino Go module. It's similar to Gadgeteer, but has a very different underlying architecture. DF Robot did my Gadgeteer Nintendo Gamepad module previously.
Yes, I remember that cool idea. Would you like to share with the product link or any specification about it? ;D

1. Yes, you will get 20 boards with 10x4 cm PCB when selecting 10 for quantity and "2 copies in PCB"!

2. What you need to do is just send us the original PCB design. I will help to put them together in the gerber files and separate them for you before sending to you!
