Problem with my just received PCBs

I have done an order on the PCB service.
I have just received it.
The board looks fine but :
- my board is 10cm x 5cm, so I choose "PCB Copy: 2 Copies in 1 PCB", because the max board size is 10cm x 10xm, but I have only 13 boards in the package.
- I selected "Surface Finish: Immersion Gold (ENIG )" but the pads are looks like silver.
