using Altium with your pcb services

i am currently working on Altium to design a pcb. The schematic is finished and i am just about to start the layout. I just want to be clear about everything concerning the design rules so i won't have to edit my design after i finish it.
do you have a pcb rule file that i can just import into Altium?
