Where do I send my PCB data files to?

Sorry I'm new here. This is probably a question that often gets asked but I could not see an answer anywhere. Yesterday I ordered and paid for the service to have three PCB's manufactured. I expected that after paying I would get some instruction on how to upload my PCB data files. But nothing?
I then send an email to '[email protected]' with my PCB files and a request to at least confirm. No response to that either?
So how do I get my PCB files to DFrobot in order to get it manufactured?

Anyway I heard only good things about PCB on other forums, so very much looking forward to my boards and future boards. Your price for this service is very attractive.

I'm Lauren from DFRobot. I deal with the PCB orders now. And our workmate remind me that we didn't contact with you in time. So you didn't know how to deal with the order and how to check the status of your order.
Here's a simple explanation of your worries.
1. As we pointed out on the product page, the PCB service Email should be [email protected] . So if any problem, question or recommendation for us, please directly send email to us.
2. For supplying the design files after the payment, it's also attached in the email to the manufacture. Then if no big design problem, we will assign the pcb fabrication in 3-8 hours.
3. Sorry for that we didn't supply a nice guide for you and confused you a little bit in the whole pcb ordering process from us. We will discuss about the issue and figure it a better solution for the ordering guide after.
As I said, if any other problem for your private order or design files, please directly Email me!

Lauren 2013-09-18 00:24:44 Just an update... I did indeed receive confirmation now from someone at DFRobot that they have received my files and are already working on it. It would still be nice to know the proper procedure to handle this for future reference. wernert
