Eagle DRC rules file

Hello,

where can I find the eagle DRC rules files? The 2 links in the shop documents section seem to be broken.

Actually a manufacturing specification list would be enough for me but I can't find this either.

for me, I checked the Autodesk Eagle website

to get all the design rules. The Autodesk products website was a perfect guide to it.
