LP Alpha BIOS Instructions and Ubuntu installation instructions.

Has anyone found a reliable source for a full review on the Alpha's BIOS. The LP only started shipping in the last few month and many new users are having problems installing Ubuntu.

The problem appears to be centred around the fact that many new users have had little or no experience woking with PC BIOS setting. Some users like hyperwebnosphere have posted instructions on how to install Ubuntu, this is a good start but more information is required when things go wrong.

There is a shortage of reference material to help troubleshoot whats happening. Due to a backlog in user request for help DFROBOT is hard press to provide detailed instructions on how to perform a clean install of Ubuntu. Any information they are providing is scattered around the user forum.

I'm sure this will be address in the future, right now most users are getting their help from YouTube channels like explaningcomputers. DFROBOT needs to make a marketing commitment and build up their support for this product so that this wonderful hardware will continue to grow.

Already there are end users getting very upset with the lack of organized technical support.
