Problem with SEN0018 Digital Infra-Red sensor?

i have a problem pour a card SEN0018 Digital Infra-Red Sensor. The ouput never change for going down when something move on the front of the IR sensor.
Do you have a schematic of your card to see why ?
My sensor came new with wrong soldering and missing soldering !!!

Could you please email me a picture of the sensor? If it came with a defect we should replace it for you.
