How to make bumper switch?

Can I get some idea of how to make bumper switch like [url=http://www.dfrobot.com/wiki/images/d/db/HCR_Assembly_Guides18.png]http://www.dfrobot.com/wiki/images/d/db/HCR_Assembly_Guides18.png[/url]?
I am very novice mechanics, but I think there is a "simple" switch behind the scene, but i don't know how to call other parts name.
I attached a drawing that you know what I mean.
But I am also interested in other solutions.

These are not exactly the same as the ones found in the HCR. These are a bit bigger in size. But the function is the same. Hector

The HCR' switch is the same as your design. We just use two springs and two bumpers to make the signal reliable.
