Display and touch screen options for Lattepanda Alpha?

I want to use a small (4 to 5") touchscreen with the Lattepanda Alpha, but it's not clear to me what standard the display and touch ports a designed for. Is it just eDP?

Can anyone recommended a compatible small screen & touch panel?
