Bluetooth Bee v2 module and Windows Phone 8.1 problem

I can find the module and pair them, but the connection doesn't work.
Do you know how to fix this problem?

Do you have android(4.3+) or IOS(7+) devices? We can offer special APP to connect with DFRobot BLE devices. Currently, windows phone are not supported, sorry!
And if you really need use your windows phone, you can use the Bluetooth 2.0 module. Listed below:
