Bluno not linked/pairing

Hello,

I have 3 bluno units, 2 of them have stopped linking/pairing to my PC. I do not ever have them plugged in or turned on at the same time. All 3 worked out of the box, but after unplugging for the first time 2 of them would never link back up again. They will also not recognize the PC when plugged in with a USB cable. They have just stopped talking to anything altogether.

I don't know what is different between the 1 that is still working and the 2 that aren't.

When I push the "boot" button on 1 of them the link/pair lights blink on and off, but nothing ever happens and they just keep blinking until I unplug it. The boot button on the other one gets no response.

Please let me know if there is something I'm missing, or if you have any suggestions.
