X switch stuck

Hi, one of our customer was send back Dream maker overload pro to us because of X switch Stuck error.

This 3D printer can be used for one month before this error occur.

We already verify that switch is working fine (by swapping with Y switch port).

Here attached some video to explaining it.
We also test by swapping Stepper driver.
The result also same (driver working)
