lattepanda alhpa 800 system down

I purchased the 800 model of Latepanda Alhpa and installed Windows 10 to verify its operation normally. The actual period of use is less than three hours. I recently tried to update my system, but it won't boot. When you turn it on, the red light flashes, then turns on, and the blue light flashes. If you insert the power switch from the abnormal condition, it will be down, restart from the beginning, and fail to boot.
I think I should get a/s. Should I send it to dfrobot?
