FireBeetle : get "Timed out waiting for packet header"

Hi,

I'm trying to program a FireBeetle ESP8266 V2.0 with the Arduino IDE on Ubuntu 18.04. Every time I try to upload the code I get the following message :

I tried multiple USB cables on multiple USB ports but always get the same error.

Do you have any idea?
