I2C_ADS1115_16bit ADC connection drawing example needed

I would like to know the + & - connection near the A0-A3 pins in I2C_ADS1115_16bit ADC module.

Should i connect my sensor to A0-A3 pins?

An example with any analog sensor connected (any Gravity sensor connected) would be useful & clear my doubt. I am planning to buy the same.
