Best way to compare Gravity: Analog Dissolved Oxygen Sensor / Meter Kit For Arduino

We tried Titration(no result yet) but I am not confident about the reading of the Gravity: Analog Dissolved Oxygen Sensor / Meter Kit For Arduino. Because we tried it in 6 tanks or in a controlled environment(with 5-6 aeration per tank ). On our first test, was just this morning 8 am and I might be satisfied about the reading(6-7-8 mg/L) but on the afternoon 4pm the reading is stable at 11-12-13 mg/L.
I hope someone might clear my doubt.
