BLE Scan on loop.

I'm newbie with bluno and with arduino in general. I made with esp32 a loop that scan nearby ble devices but it is not clear how to do it with bluno. Sending at+scan through serial monitor works...but what i want to do is to do it on a loop. So how is it possible to send at commands to ble module from hiwthin bluno itself? And how to retrive response from at+scan?
