Vortex not functioning.

1. Makes a high pitched sound.
2. Has no lights on.
3. Spins in one direction every 5 seconds or so.
4. It is seen by the apps, however it is totally unresponsive to them.
Please advise.

That suggestion fixed the problems.
The next issue is with the Whendo app, it doesn't seem to work properly.
It takes a long time to transmit the program and then the program doesn't execute.
When I use the scaled down version of Whendo through the Vortex app it actually works in real time. Truly fantastic. Vigliotti Louis

Vigliotti Louis 2015-12-24 08:36:41 Do you have ipad at hand? You can download app "whendo". Within whendo, you can reset Vortex by uploading default firmware to make it to default mode. Your vortex looks like under test mode.
