Ender 3 pro BLTProblem

So I've got my BLTouch in a complete set (holder, screws, burner etc) and mounted everything. Firmware is flashed and it recognized the BLTouch.
Now there is a gab of 1-2mm between the nozzle and the bed. In the instruction it says I just needed to lower the z axis. But I can't move the axis under 0. In a video I watched the guy moved it to about -2.
Is there maybe even a better method for first calibration and setting the z-offset?
