Question about filaments..!!
I am new to 3d printing and thinking about buying the Monoprice voxel. It is wifi enabled and fully enclosed with a monitoring camera. It prints ABS, PLA, Wood Fill, Copper Fill, Steel Fill, Bronze Fill, but not TPU according to the specs. What would happen if I tried to feed tpu filament through the printer? Would it not work? What determines what filaments a printer can use?

The Monoprice Voxel has what is commonly known as a 'Bowden feed'.
(The Overlord, and most other Delta printers have the same issue)
This means there's a 'feeder' motor near the spool, that feeds the filament through a tube to the printhead.
Because it doesn't have a heavy motor on the printhead it means less wobble in the head, and it can ramp the movement speed up and down much quicker than if it had to haul along a motor.
The downside is the feeder tube. It's just about impossible to feed flexible plastics such as TPU trough that tube. trygve
