Reading 0 on DAC mode (HCHO_Sensor:SKU_SEN0231)

I have a SKU SEN0231 HCHO sensor purchased in February this year, when I try to use it in July, the DAC mode keeps giving "0 ppm" results when testing the VOC concentration in air(even we put VOC solution inside the container) for about 2 hours.

This is my wire connection (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1op-ebF ... sp=sharing)
and I use the DAC sample code in this webpage:https://wiki.dfrobot.com/Gravity__HCHO_ ... 1#target_3.

And also, the UART mode just eventually works 1 in 10 times, and keep showing 3~4ppm in our office environment, which is impossible.

Is my sensor broken for some reasons, any method to fix the trouble? Or should I buy a new sensor?
Thanks and looking forward to any help or idea.

Hi Cherry,
Thanks for your support.
Please check the environment for gas influence and The relation between voltage(V) and concentration(PPM) are linear.
0.4V -> 0ppm
2.0V -> 5ppm

In DAC mode, the measurement accuracy will be affected by the bits of the ADC and reference voltage.
So the accurate power supply or reference voltage of at least 10-bit of main-control ADC are recommended.
We also use it do many applications, but all they in Chinese, here is the link https://makelog.dfrobot.com.cn/article-1165.html for your reference.
Thank you so much! I can read the Chinese page.
Otherwise, would you recommend me to try to run UART mode in Mind+, if it does not work in Arduino? Or is there any reason for I haven't got any reading (no 0 but blank in the serial monitor)?
