DFRobot IR positioning camera

Basically, I am using the IR camera and it's giving me the (x , y) coordinates of the 4 infra red transmitters I installed in pixels. I need to figure out the distance from the camera to the transmitters based on these coordinates. and I also have to find the camera's coordinates. Is there a way to do so? (the camera is fixed on a moving robot.and the transmitters are each fixed on a corner of a square platform).
