Quote request and advice

DF Robot has excellent automated responses to support request and I genuinely love the quality of their products. Unfortunately, I cannot seem to get a real person to respond to email requests for advice and a quote. I keep getting:
"We will invite our sales colleagues to help you.

Please refer to the email and help Brian, thanks.

But I never get anything futher. I have tried several times both by replying to their email and sending new requests since Jul 24th with no success. If anyone knows how to talk to a real person, please let me know.
