FAQ in its very last item explains why and how after a new program upload the Vortex’s factory defaults must be restored. Of course, new programs may be uploaded either from WhenDo app or from Arduino IDE, which is also supported according to your DF4Scratch Manual. But no option of factory defaults restore is available for non iOS users. When do you plan to enable it them as well?

Programming with Arduino IDE and using an iPhone application just for factory firmware upload - I hope it can not be serious. Not to mention people owning no iPhone.
