please help me

we are facing problem in the pixy cam as a part of our project. previously it was working perfect but at the end it has started creating problem which is there is a static red light in the pixy cam for one minute and then after exact one minute it turns into white light. and our laptop is not detecting its software too that is pixymon software.
So, kindly help out in this matter asap, as we need to submit our project within three days.

Hi,
Just had a glance at the product pixy, haven't played it yet, it looks like the firmware problem, have you try to re-upload its firmware?
Official wiki & FAQ, you can talk with them their to get your problem solved asap.
