Cannot post on our forum/ Jump over to account unexpectedly?

Problem Description


We collected some feedback on the website error of "jump over to personal account page" when they try to:
 

proceed the shopping processlog in accountpost something on forum

e.g.
 

Forum wouldn't let me post anything , keeps taking me to the myOrders page.

 
 

I created my account (*****@******.com). Added some items. Go to checkout and takes me to my account with no ability to finish the checkout process … help.

 

Solution

According to our experience, when people use VPN after they log in, or due to the VPN switching its proxy automatically, the problem will arise due to safety consideration. So some suggestions could be given below:

 

Do not use VPN/ proxy and relog in.Choose an reliable VPN.We suggest using Google/ Firefox browser.Sometimes on forum, you may have to log out both accounts(actually one) in DFRobot store and the Forum, and relog in.
