greg 2019-08-25 10:11:48 3982 Views5 Replies I have downloaded the SDK for this product. Downloaded the driver and verified it is on my desktop control. The device spins and board is lit but I can't find any of the applications to run like frame grabber. The dronebot tutorial mentions I should have a file appear in the "tools" folder ( his is 32 bit, my computer is 64). Any ideas what I'm missing?

Youyou 2019-09-13 00:47:00 Hi Greg, please just open the "frame_grabber.exe" in the "win 32" file. My computer is also 64-bit, but I can use the RPLidar with the software, and read the data. If it still doesn't work, please send a screenshot of the software to [email protected] techsupport

greg 2019-09-06 19:58:54 Yes, I have read all the manuals and watched several youtube videos and I'm installing the software correctly but I never receive the GUI interface. My computer recognizes the sensor is attached but I don't have the files to run the programs. greg
