response time problem on sim700c mqtt command "AT+SMCONN"

when i connect it to mqtt server with command "AT+SMCONN" it get connect in few seconds.But if i restart gsm and try to connect it again it wait for nearly 5 minutes to response.
And also response is so many time error.
Can any one please tell the solution for this?

2019-09-27 07:51:50 Alhamdulillah it was successful, when my server username and password were disabled, SIM7000C successfully connected.
