Romeo BLE with Windows 10 not detecting.

I have purchased Cherokey: A 4WD Arduino Basic Robot Building Kit, and all working fine. But i am not able to pair the Romeo BLE with Windows 10, Windows 10 is not detecting this devices as Bluetooth. So do i need to do anything for this device to appear in Windows 10 for pairing and connecting via bluetooth from windows 10 pc? Need help urgently.
