DFRobot Xboard Relay

I set up and DFRobot Xboard Relay (DFR0222) years ago to open two gates at his place. This board has worked for years with no issues. Recently he lost his firewall and we had to replace it. We are trying to point the new firewall at this board on the network but cant seem to find it on the network. Can anyone tell me the name of this board or how it would identify itself on the Network?
