SEN0266 Not Working

I am writing in regard to sonar sensors I purchased. Of the three items purchased I have found that only one of the sensors to be operational. The sensors were purchased to read bin levels via a PLC analogue input card wired as per wiring diagram in attachment.

I have also attached pictures of sensor wiring. I installed sensors and then bench tested them but could not get them to respond in either situation.

Please advise if we could get a store credit on this or send them back for vendor repair.
