How to change Bluno GATT settings?

I would like to configure the Bluno to advertise itself as a Cycling Speed and Cadence sensor.
Is it possible to change the GATT services, charac and descriptors to change this advertisement?
What are the commands? It is not listed in the AT commands how to change the GATT services.
Is it possible to change GATT services on the Bluno?
