About Bluno M3 is as a central role

Hi all,
I want to get RSSI value between two BLE chips.
If Bluno is as a peripheral role, the AT+RSSI=? command will always return the fixed RSSI value, only change in disconnection (-000).
So I assume that Bluno is only as a central role, it will refresh the RSSI value.
But when I use AT+SETTING=DEFCENTRAL command to configure Bluno as a central role, my other devices will be not found by Bluno.
(Those devices could find Bluno, could connect it, when Bluno was as a peripheral role.)
How to solve it? Thanks a lot!
