Bluno Mega Com Port

Hi,
Being trying to connect to Bluno Mega 2560.
I am able to paired successfully from my PC. However , the incoming and outgoing port are blank. The Bluetooth services when I right clicked properties also blank.
I have already flashed firmware 1.9 but still cant connect. Any help?
Aslo I bought BLE tongle and BLE Link but not sure also how to link that to bluno.
Being already few days since I last post but seems no support can be rendered.
The referred wiki seem showing the same unrelated help and instruction are not well covered.
Really difficult for a beginner like me to use the products

2016-09-28 01:29:15 Hi Sir,
First, the BLE tongle you got cant communicate with our bluno, so far, our BLE modules dont support other brand BLE modules.
And if you want to build connection between BlE LINK and BLuno, you need to set one as central machine, the other as peripheral machine, then they will be connected automatically. More detailed info you can refer to this link:make_clickable_callback(MAGIC_URL_FULL, '

Note: since our website is updating, the post page will be some change, just look at the link address.
