The box of accessories were not wrapped in bags, but the bags were in the box. The unit has scratches on it and the head has filament in it. I have attached a picture of the Plexiglas bed and top, its all scratched....
Can you send me a replacement Plexiglas bed and Plexiglas filament cover?
I hope I have a warranty if this unit has issues
