Can't upgrade bluno firmware

Even I connect it to the computer while holding the boot button, nothing happened.
As I know, removable disk would appear. But it didn't appear.
2. Bluno A (v2.0)
I installed the firmware upgrade program. Chose its serial port and firmware upgrade file, and clicked start button.
but 'canNot Serial Open' message box appered.
How do I fix it?

Can you upload the code to nano and bluno via Arduino IDE? There are two serial port when you connect them to pc,, right? If so, maybe you can reopen the program and try to unplug the board then plug the board via usb again. Wendy.Hu
