Bluno Beetle recognition on Mac

I am on a project which uses Bluno beetle. I bought it. and it worked well in Windows 10.
I've uploaded sketches many times. Everything looked like perfect.
but, All of the sudden it doesn't work suddenly..
I installed FTDI Driver and Arduino IDE tool. I think the problem is from Bluno Beetle because when I connect Bluno to Computer by using USB UART, Nothing shows up. And also it doesn't work on mac...
Is there a reset button of Bluno beetle?
How can I deal with this problem...

Thats fine, my english is also not very good. When you connected your beetle to your computer, there is not a serial port in the device manager, right? If so, maybe the bootloader of the CC2540 is lost.
